Taking medications as prescribed is one of the most important ways to stay on top of your health, but it’s easy to forget a dose, misplace a bottle, or get confused about what each prescription is for.

That’s why Healthyr Horizon includes a digital Medicine Cabinet that helps you stay organized and consistent.

What You Can Do:

  • Create a digital list of all your current medications (prescription and over-the-counter). Healthyr Horizon can search 187k+ prescriptions, OTCs, and supplements.
  • You can set a schedule or reminder for each medication you enter.

You can check your blood pressure and other important measurements using a tool called Virtual Vitals, which uses your device’s front-facing camera to complete a contact-free scan. You’ll receive six key vitals in under a minute:

  • Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic)

  • Breathing rate
  • Stress index
  • Heart rate variability

No cuff, finger clips, or wearable devices needed. It’s completely contact-free, and your readings are saved in your Healthyr Horizon dashboard for you to track over time, or share during your next provider visit.

Track Changes in Your Body With the 3D Scan

Weight is only one part of the health picture. That’s why Healthyr Horizon includes a camera-based tool called the 3D Body Scan, which helps you see more meaningful changes, like how your waistline, muscle mass, and overall body composition shift as you build healthier habits.

This scan gives you a private, complete view of your body’s shape and measurements, allowing you and your care team to see progress that may not show up on a scale.

How It Works

The 3D Body Scan is powered by advanced computer vision and body modeling tools developed over years of research. Here’s what happens:

You’re prompted to use the camera on your phone, tablet, or laptop to take two photos, one from the front and one from the side, and then upload them to your Healthyr Horizon account.
