Dr. Cairl’s book centers on a challenge that sits at the heart of healthcare transformation: the system cannot improve outcomes at scale if people remain passive, unsupported, or disconnected from the actions that shape their health outside traditional care settings.
That idea is deeply aligned with the reason Healthyr exists.
For too long, healthcare innovation has focused heavily on access, information, and intervention. All of those matter. But access does not automatically create action. Information does not automatically create understanding. A care plan does not automatically become follow-through once someone leaves the appointment, returns home, goes back to work, or tries to manage a condition in the middle of everything else life demands.
