Rich brings exactly the kind of experience this moment calls for: deep employer healthcare expertise, proven commercial leadership, and a career spent turning complex health strategy into measurable outcomes.

He has not just studied employer healthcare, he has led it.

At ArcBest, a Fortune 500 logistics company with 14,000 employees, Rich helped create one of the most analytically sophisticated employer health platforms in the industry. By applying predictive analytics, AI-driven risk modeling, and personalized care pathways to workforce health, his team delivered more than $26M in measurable health savings and achieved 95% predictive accuracy through a proprietary analytics engine.

Rich later served as President at Abett, a population health data platform supporting 2.5M+ covered lives, where he helped drive commercial and go-to-market growth. Earlier in his career, he advised employers on health strategy, vendor design, value-based care, healthcare analytics, and benefits optimization at Stephens, and has held advisory roles with leading healthcare companies, including Included Health, Progyny, Maven Clinic, Vida Health, and Castlight/Apree Health.

Throughout his career, Rich has focused on one of the most urgent challenges in healthcare: helping employers improve the health of their people while making healthcare spend more intelligent, measurable, and sustainable.

That is the work Healthyr was built for.

Employers need more than another disconnected point solution. They need a partner that can help them activate benefits, identify risk earlier, engage people in real life, and connect data to action in a way that changes outcomes.

For Rich, the opportunity is clear:
“Healthyr is solving a problem I’ve been living with for two decades, the gap between what employers want for their people and what the current benefit ecosystem actually delivers. The platform’s approach to personalized, data-driven health engagement is exactly what I tried to build from scratch at ArcBest, and the opportunity to scale that capability across thousands of employers is genuinely exciting.”

Rich’s leadership will be instrumental as we expand our employer strategy, strengthen broker and consultant relationships, and continue building Healthyr into the platform that forward-thinking organizations rely on to support the health and performance of their workforce.

Welcome to Healthyr, Rich. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
